Year End Award Requirements

1. Rider's must complete the nomination form. The nomination fee for members is $0 and $25 for non-members per horse/rider combination. The nomination form must be turned into the club the rider's SEPTEMBER horse show. 

2. Rider's must complete 2 volunteer hours per horse/rider combo or complete the buy-out form & pay the $40 fee per horse/rider combo if received by May 19th. Buy-outs received after May 19th will increase $10 per month. No buy-outs will be accepted after November 15th. The payment schedule for the buy-out form is as follows:

  • *Before May 20th- $40 per horse/rider combo 
  • *May 20th-September 1st- $50 per horse/rider combo 
  • *September 1st-September 30th- $60 per horse/rider combo 
  • *October 1st-October 31st -$70 per horse/rider combo
  • *November 1st-15th- $80 per horse/rider combo 

3. Rider's must compete in 3 of 5 horse shows. 

**Buy-out is $40 per horse/rider combination, ** You may submit multiple riders within the same family on the form & you may pay for multiple combos on this form**
